Last updated: 14 October 2026
In short: this website does not use cookies or tracking and its visitor statistics are anonymous. Personal data is processed only to run the website, display its fonts and reply when you contact me.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Magdalena Woś. You can contact me at contact@magdalena.asia.
When you visit this website
When you open this website, the hosting provider (SEOHOST Sp. z o.o.) automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the page and keep it secure: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system.
- Purpose: delivering the website, ensuring its security and preventing misuse.
- Legal basis: my legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: server logs are kept only for as long as needed for security purposes, in line with the hosting provider’s standard log rotation, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
When you contact me
When you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I process the data you share: your name, contact details, company, the content of your message and any other information you choose to provide.
- Purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, preparing and carrying out our cooperation.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in responding to messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then for up to 3 years, unless longer retention is required by law (for example, tax and accounting rules if we work together).
If you contact me via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of Meta) as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If you prefer, you can contact me by email or phone instead.
Who receives your data
I do not sell your data. Your data may be processed on my behalf by service providers that support this website and my communication, such as hosting and email (SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., Poznań, Poland) and website analytics (Simple Analytics B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands). They act only on my instructions and under data processing agreements.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this happens only with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or similar technologies and it does not use advertising tools.
To understand how many people visit the website and how they find it, I use Simple Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service provided by Simple Analytics B.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not store personal data such as your IP address. It records only anonymous, aggregated information, for example pages viewed, the referring website, country and device type. Because the statistics are anonymous, they also include visits from browsers with Do Not Track enabled. The data is stored in the European Union. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: simpleanalytics.com.
To display text in a consistent typeface, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited. When you open the website, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a consistent and readable presentation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). More information: Google privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict the processing of your data;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To use these rights, contact me at contact@magdalena.asia.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
Other information
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it I cannot reply to your message. Your data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
I may update this policy when the website or the way I process data changes. The current version is always available on this page.
